How many hours per week do you actually spend on research activities?

Specific details: This is primarily aimed at those 3+ year grad students who don't have any (or only one-two) classes to contend with. Count all meetings, writing, searching, etc. But don't count time spent on meaningless distractions (come on, I know you do.).
