How do you "push" a professor when he/she just doesn't like responding to your emails? In my case, I tried phone calls and emails every few days - but I was wondering if anyone here have better ideas on how to do this in a more "polite" way...
I would like to say, you'd better catch him/her in his/her office, if you don't know the professor very well. The other way might work, when you call the professor and get the answer machine, you just hang up, DON'T leave a message at all. Then call again later, till you get the professor answer the phone. So he/she won't know how many times you bothered him/her. :) If you know him/her well, probably you won't have this problem, right?
What's the best way to write and manage the References part of your dissertation? What software do you use?
Zotero rocks! It's even getting better and better. Now you can sync your refs on the website. So the refs will go anywhere with you. And it works on Youtube and others. It more than a Ref Manager now. By the way, it's free and easy to install. it's just an adds-on for firefox.

Thanks for your replies. I did a little research recently and found Zotero is pretty cool! It is a free firefox add-on and works with MS Word very well. I highly recommend it!
