Due to the horrible design of my graduate program, I didn't get to learn the content that I should and wanted in my field, so right now I have no confidence in my dissertation at all. Part of me want to leave my program without the degree; I don't like academia anyway. But my friends suggested that I hang in there and get that piece of paper. I can't make up my mind.
